GDT Processing Plant Warren NSW

The main Green Distillation Technologies processing plant is located 5 kilometres north of Warren in Western New South Wales, which is Northwest of Dubbo on the Oxley Highway, the main trunk route between Brisbane and Melbourne.
Modular in design, the plant currently occupies approximately 2 hectares of the 21-hectare site. It leaves space for expansion and other projects, synergistic industries and tyre storage within the limits imposed by the NSW Environment Protection Authority. Production from the first constructed module is currently at 420kg per hour – equivalent to 44 passenger car tyres.
A completed plant consists of six modules, each operating independently, with maximum flexibility for performing scheduled maintenance. A six module design in full operation can dispose of over 19,367 tonnes of tyres every year.
At full capacity, each GDT commercial plant will be capable of processing about 19,000 tonnes of tyres per year.
Rollout of Australian Plants
